Hello everyone! I am looking for someone who is interested in improving themselves in some of the same areas as me. Just looking for someone I can check in with a few times a day to see how things are going, share recipes and workout ideas, progress, etc. My main goals are the following.
Workout once a day. Can be something as simple as a walk but have to do some movement.
Clean diet, no big restrictions just only real foods nothing processed. Try and hit 140 grams of protein a day.
No Alcohol. One gallon of water a day.
Read 10 pages or 10 minutes at least every day.
Work on being more mindful of things that trigger me to be unhealthy and try and find better coping mechanisms.
I'm not incredibly out of shape or anything just looking to lose 5-10 lbs and get some more muscle. I like to lift weights, run, go for walks, hike, mountain bike. I'd love to share books we both have enjoyed both fiction and self help/motivational. We can share daily checklists in the morning and then follow up in the evening to see if we completed everything.
