Hi there!
Iām a university student whoās looking to improve her life and overall physical wellness. Iāve struggled deeply with unhealthy eating, binge drinking and a whole bunch of other habits that I will surely regret ten years down the line. My college years have been profoundly transformative, but I canāt say thatās been for the best. To put it bluntlyā¦Iāve reached the āfound outā stage after all of this fucking around.
However, thereās a part of me that knows things can be better if Iām willing to put in the effort. So, thatās where you come in!
Iād love to have a friend that can help keep me accountable in my goal to eat three healthy meals a day, work out four times a week and stop blackout drinking. It would be extra awesome if we could swap healthy recipes, workout videos, and motivational pep-talks. If you want to share memes, funny stories and hobby stuff, that would absolutely be an added bonus too!
Iām very new to fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, but I would do whatever I can to be a valuable accountabuddy for you, too.
Hope we can create some wonderful new habits together :)
