Hi! I started seriously working out almost 2 years ago. At first I struggled with finding motivation to go to the gym consistently, but luckily that's become a solid habit. I'm proud of getting in 191 workouts in 2023 and I'm aiming for at least 210 workouts this year :)
Last year I was very diligent with calorie counting. My best performance in the gym was during a time I logged every single calorie I ate and I was very careful with my macro's as well. Unfortunately I've let this good habit slip and I'm finding it hard to log my calories and watch what I eat. I use MacroFactor.
I will:
- motivate you to go to the gym when you don't want to but should
- hype you the fuck up for your PRs
- discuss weightlifting/dieting with you
- send you gym memes
Looking for a gym/diet buddy who can relate. Let's help each other get strong and healthy so we can pig out again during Holidays 2024 and not feel guilty :)
