I have a few general life goals that I want to really get on track with and could really use someone to check in with me to keep me accountable! If your goals align with mine I will also check up on you of course. (Iād prefer if you are a woman in Australia)
Iām struggling with doing things I LOVE because Iām stuck in a stupid instant gratification rut and am leaning toward starting a small dopamine detox to reign that in.
Things that would need checking in include: -Daily Reading -Eating better and exercising/going for walks -Doing one creative hobby a day -Waking and sleeping at reasonable times -Meal prepping -Daily prayers being completed -Limiting Pinterest and reddit use
