Hi, I'm hoping to lose around 15-20lbs and would love an accountability buddy to help with that. I mostly plan to calorie count and intermittent fast.
Ideally you'll be doing something similar, but it's also fine if you need an accountability buddy for something completely different. Likewise a time zone similar to GMT is preferable but not required.
There are some other things I sort of want motivation/accountability on too like working until a reasonable time (as a self employed person) but the diet is the main one.
