Since the gyms are still closed in my area, I've had to turn to an app for in home work outs. (I'm also using it to track my macros). I stay pretty active by hiking/backpacking and jogging, but the Covid's has still taken it's tole on me.
My neighbor in the town-home next to me has been giving me encouragement and positive affirmation whenever he see's me working out. Feels good.
Since then I've been trying to do the same to more of my coworkers, and even rando's on the street. Hey man, nice truck. or some words of encouragement on the trails. I think the world needs a little more of that right now.
