Hey yโall,
So Iโm 25, 260lbs and 5โ5. I have been overweight/struggled with weight my whole life. Growing up in the early 2000s really did a number on my relationship with food so even at my smallest I have been on diet after diet.
Finally, at 23/24 I started really taking my health seriously. I started therapy consistently, began taking antidepressants and started the process of getting tested for PCOS, insulin resistance, and other hormone related issues.
My dr recently prescribed Contrave and after fighting off Covid the last week today is day 1! Iโm excited too see what this new chapter brings! I work out 2-3 times a week but the food is my biggest issue so Iโm hopeful.
Will update/feel free to ask questions :)
