Starting my contrave journey today

I’m 6 feet male with Asian background (primarily carbs and sugar diet) and current weight 263 Lbs … my target weight is 175. Got prescribed to both wegovy and contrave … but inclined more to contrave and want to try this for couple of months before I turn towards injections. I had some success with keto last year moving from 320>240 but regained 40 more pounds this year and struggling to get back. Hopefully contrave can help in this journey without the much restricted keto diet … WE CAN DO THIS … Target is to contrave intermittent fasting 10k steps a day
