Starting tomorrow

So insurance won’t cover contrave. Doc wrote scripts for Wellbutrin and naltrexone. Said to start naltrexone first for a few weeks at 1/4 of a pill and work my way up to 1 pill then mid July add the Wellbutrin in. Has anyone had a tapered schedule like this? Will this help with that high feeling I keep hearing about?
