Which online learning platform do you recommend to get from B1 to C1 within about half a year. Preferably not too expensive. Thank you!

No I'm looking to get to B1 by summer and then to C1 by about spring 2022. I realise that it would be really difficult without a teacher as I personally learn better with a tutor. I don't mind paying but please nothing too expensive. Thank you!
