I had studied German for nearly a decade but it's been so long since I've used it. I don't have anyone else who speaks it or has the passion to learn it. I've always wanted a friend/partner who also spoke or was learning German so we could keep each other up on the language. "Don't use it, you lose it" really has rung true for me. Though I do say small random things in German now and then, most of the language I have lost.
Would anyone want an online friend who is just as passionate about learning the language as you are? We don't have to speak German all the time, especially at first cuz I am extremely rusty. We could even discord so we're actually speaking it, or we can stick to chat.
If it helps, here's a lil about me - I am a single 32F living in the US. Currently in OK but about to move back to my home state MI. I have a golden named Koda, he's two. I'm 5ft nothing. I love any creativity activity, all things outdoors, exercise, alternative rock, metal, classic rock, but also trap (really I listen to anything with a sick beat). I love concerts, comedy shows, hiking, mountains, road trips, roasting my loved ones, making others laugh, traveling, gaming (mostly just Diablo 3 on PC but I'm open to others), books, horror, and Halloween. We can talk about it all or anything.
Thanks!
