In an effort to work together on restoring the PVDSA in Venezuela to complete working order (Pre-2014), Cuban engineers, oil workers and specialists will assist alongside Venezuelan workers.

Cubans will begin working and maintaining the oil rigs of Venezuela to ensure that the black gold continues to flow as Cuban ships begin to work with Venezuela on maintaining international inspections and restoring trade to Venezuela as they once had.

We are being assisted by China on the hopes to get the PDVSA back into working order again.

6 Month Process

Over the next 6 months, our workers will start from the oil rigs off of the Venezuelan coasts while our navy, alongside the Venezuelan navy, will work on ensuring their tankers are within international regulations to leave Venezuelan waters. With these inspections and cleanings. In a planned 6-month process, Cuba will work with Maduro on relieving the military from their positions as heads fo the PDVSA and instead, replace it back under full control as a state enterprise.

Following reported schemes of money laundering from PDVSA staff as well, Cuba will recommend that those involved be arrested for these crimes and tried in court for betraying the Venezuelan people and the Revolution as a whole. Such an effort would see that the Venezuelan people will know, Maduro does not turn a blind eye to state corruption.

In these 6-months, PDVSA will undergo a massive change that will completely invigorate its returns and allow it to grow once again.

Venezuelan Oil Refineries

it is simply no good with the process that Venezuela has been doing domestically to refine their own oil. Since 2016, the country has been exporting oil to Cuba so that we could refine it for them. In an effort to continue this venture and bring profit to both of our nations, Cuba will also begin to relocate Venezuelan Refineries to Cuba, maintaining PDVSA's control over it.

It is here, along with the six-month process, where Venezuela will begin to export crude oil to Cuba to be refined and sent back / shipped internationally. It is here where we will be able to get Venezuela's oil industry back into working order and with hopes, prevent such a travesty from happening again.

Cuba will work the oil rigs and oil wells, Cubans will work on cleaning their ships and preparing them for needed international inspection, Cuba will help shuffle the company's leadership. Cuba will fix the company so that oil may flow freely for both nations.
