The Refugee Corridors

The main concept

AQIM is in dire need of new troops, it is a necessity in order to win the jihad against the Western world and their puppets, but in order to receive new troops, there needs to be an influx of population that is not content with their current lives, their living standards or their existence in general. This discontent is found all over Africa, and for instance, in Mauritania. As the nation collapses and is defeated in an illegal invasion, their citizens will naturally be enraged. Those that have lost family or have lost housing and other things of large significance to them.

We will be establishing a new corridor of refugee routes, where we will be taking refugees from Mauritania through Azawad in Mali, to our organization’s headquarters in Algeria, where they will be trained before being given to the jurisdiction of Jama’at Nasr Al-Islam wal Muslimin in Mali, one of our main focuses of operation during this period of resurgence.

There will be very few stops and it will function essentially the same way as the gun-running corridor, where the population is being brought into AQIM for integration, indoctrination and military training to reach our utmost standards in political militancy and determination.

Libya

As Libya emerges from a destructive civil war, there are many that are discontent, whether it is from the direction their nation is taking, their poverty or other reasons, such as dead family and victims of injustice. We are going to send members of AQIM to recruit the population of Libya and bring them back to our headquarters in Algeria, where they are going to be trained before being sent to Mali and to Al-Jamat Al’Islamiya Lidifae Ean Al-Muslimin Fi Tashad, the Chad branch of AQIM, where they will be trained for new military operations that will come in the near future.

These Libyans will also be quite knowledgeable in their own lands, which is why we are going to employ many of them as informants, where they will details us everything they possibly know about their own country so that we can act with more precision and deftness, especially with our new rising ambitious plans which are likely to happen very soon.

Chad

It has been fifteen years since the civil war in Chad and there are surely very few victims that are still suffering from its effects, but that does not mean that AQIM will not attempt to recruit them. Along with those, we will do vast propaganda campaigns where we detail what we are currently doing in Mali, our good deeds and our system of charity which those that join us will be receiving as well.

For those that are more bloodthirsty, we will talk about how Chad has forgotten about its population and how it currently lives in terrible poverty and squalor, with AQIM being able to save them and teach the population new techniques, provide them with literacy and Islamic education based on the Salafist ideology.

Egypt

For Egypt, our propaganda tactics will be different and more aggressive, we will try to play an angle that sparks up anger inside the extremist populace that is currently living in the nation, one excerpt of a propaganda campaign is as follows:

”The insurgency in the Sinai has failed miserably for decades because the Egyptian security forces, combined with the state apparatus, have always been too strong to create the situation for state-collapse without a base elsewhere to induce it. If you come to join AQIM in our bases of operations all over Africa, we will build an Islamic state free from foreign sabotage, and from there we can free the rest of Africa from the apostate regimes such as Egypt when we have a solid base to do so from. Inshallah!”

We are also going to use sites that are deployed on the dot-onion top-level domain in the web, which can only be accessed with an onion router, such as Tor. The site naturally requires the user to locate an IP address which is hidden inside the web page to enter fully, where they will receive information on how to join AQIM. This, coupled with recruiters on the ground, will give us a plethora of different options to recruit, from tech-savvy men to purely discontent people that can be molded into insurgent fighters.

Central African Republic

The Central African Republic is in a state of stagnant civil war, filled with sectarian violence and poverty, which means it is a fertile ground for not only an insurgency, but for a disgruntled populace that would is ripe for extremism.

Muslims in the CAR are mostly located in the north, which is why we are going to not only set up a refugee corridor there, but we are also going to install ourselves there. Using our gunrunning corridor, we are going to establish a new one that directly feeds the rebels that control the northern territory of the Central African Republic and we are going to install men in the villages in the north, proselytizing Salafi jihadism and acquiring new insurgents to fight for us.

The religious violence that is currently ongoing there, for instance against muslim civilians by the anti-balakas, which will certainly prompt anger and revulsion from the Muslim populace, we can use that to our favor by sparking up anger against the anti-balaka, that, coupled with gunrunning operations in the Central Africa Republic, can aid in the fight against those that hurt our own people.
