The Algerian government has already build a East-west highway in their own country (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Algeria_East–West_Highway), and is now proposing to extend it all the way through the Union of Northern Africa.
This highway would go along the coast, through all the big cities (http://imgur.com/nRvScs2).
If this Highway would be build, it would generate a huge amount of jobs, and improve infrastrucutre in the whole union, which will cause more trade and travelling in the area. It will also make the union more attractive for foreigners.
The Algerian Government does not know yet precisely what the highway will cost, but it hopes the highway can be partially funded by private companies and foreign aid. The rest should be split amongst the governments.
[SUMMARY] Highway all the way from west to east in UNA, hopefully partially funded by foreign aid and private companies.
[M] Anyone has some foreign aid left? please? pretty please?
