First time backpacking couple

The wife and I are interested in trying an overnight backpacking trip. We are located in central Georgia and enjoy day hikes and tent camping in our state parks. I've been watching videos on budget gear and others experiences but I'm curious what destinations you'd recommend based on location and our absolute beginner status. Ideally a loop that we can begin and end at the same parking area.
