Tonight (07/30/22) we (4 males) were traveling from Nashville to this dispersed camping location we found through Campendium.

There are supposed to be five primitive sites here. Took us quite a while to find the actual area.. for those who want to take a look when driving up the road on the first fork you take a left and on the second you take a right.

So we arrive there around 11pm on the day I mentioned above and as I turn into the site I spot the cross.

Jokingly I say to my friends "imagine if this is an actual grave". Against our best judgement we park up and approach it to find that it had a box with the items pictured inside. We tried poking on the leather book thingie thinking it was a notepad but when I opened it it looked like a VHS tape case..

Around the time we were poking around (keep in mind that we had literally seen 1 vehicle driving around the village close to there and nothing else neither on the campsite nor the road there) we started hearing some faint music.. just the melody and mainly the low frequencies.. and we figured out it was the song - and I kid you not - Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice.

Thinking that there was someone else with us that they could probably see us but we couldn't and being near a possible actual grave and not just a big elaborate troll we decided to book it and drove to Cartersville for the night.

So reddit, what are your thoughts on this?What should we do?

P.S. Kind of resisting to call the police there first of all because it might be just a troll and we will waste their time and secondly because we are all tourists on visitor visas and we are afraid of the implications it might have on us leaving the country when the time comes.
