Why is it that when it comes to Covid, Kemp trusts Georgians to "do the right thing," but that goes out the window with voting?

But heaven forbid you bring someone a granola bar in the voting line? I still don't get everything about the bill (someone please enlighten me) but if we're so trustworthy why does it exist? Which is it, Kemp?
