Would a Citizen's Dividend create a disencentive to work Think of this comment on wellfare.(its long just about a min after the bookmark time)
Also LVT creates a large incentive barrier to land acquisition rather than renting. Now this is limited by value of creating a life around your land and your home.
I'm probably just not thinking it through hard enough due to the time of night.
