I know, I know, this may seem insane, this may seem crazy and this may seem Naku as heck but hear me out

As we all know Gouba used to be known as Marchosius, the God of the Stove and Patron God of the Soil.

But after a series of disasters he used up all his power to quell the disaster and consequently severely decreasing both his saze and intelligence, he was barely the size of a human nor could he no longer speak

Now this is inspired by another theory I have, The Current Celestia is an impostar

which is a theory for another time but to summarize, Istaroth was the only one who came to aid the people of Enkanomiya

Two years after the creation of the Dainichi Mikoshi, people from Enkanomiya attempted to find a way back to the surface. However, they discovered that heaven's "powers of prohibition" prevented them from returning. The scribe of Istaroth believed this ban was laid down by the Primordial One and that it had prevailed over the Second Who Came,[1] while Eboshi attributes it to the "heavenly order" but does not indicate who is behind the heavenly order. By the time of the Archon War, these powers of prohibition had weakened, allowing Orobashi to fall into Enkanomiya and conversely, bring the people of Enkanomiya back to the surface.[2]

But I don't that's the case because I think that they did not win against the Second but were defeated by them.

Now what if that God after they're defeat lost too much of they're power? what if that God lost they're memories like Gouba did? What if that god... Was Paimon?

Paimon has no idea how she can float and teleport but for some reason she knows EVERYTHING about Tevyat from the food to the culture of the 7 nations heck she even knew Childe was a fatui harbinger

Now I know what all of you are going to say "bUt pAiMoN wIlL bEtRaY uS iN tHe fUTuRe" NO.

Paimon is physically incapable of doing that, she is the Traveler's closest friend, she's been with them since the start, her personality wouldn't allow it and not to mention this

Look how much concern she has in her eyes, look how panicked she is, how terrified not to mention she has some slight abondonment issues

Now lets look at her design

Now as mentioned in the Primordial One's description

On Phanes, or The Primordial OneThe Primordial One may have been Phanes. It had wings and a crown, and was birthed from an egg, androgynous in nature. But for the world to be created, the egg's shell had to be broken. However, Phanes, the Primordial One, used the eggshell to separate the "universe" and the "microcosm of the world."

Now the only character who has a crown as they're design is Paimon no idk about Paimon having any wings but i guess the starry scarf thing counts?? idk

and we also all know from the Sustaianer theory about Paimon having the symbol of mora on they're chest

But no matter what happens in the endgame of genshin in 2043 or some ungodly year there's one thing we do know, we started this journey with Paimon and we're going to end it with her one way or another
