I pulled for Raiden Shogun and got 1 Sara, on the last pull I did for Raiden shogun, and I have Raiden Shogun at C2. I understand that C6 Sara is almost purposely built for Shogun, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth trying to pull for a 4 star that I could spend hundreds of dollars on to possibly not even get her to C6.

I even remember seeing someone try to pull Bennett on the rerun keqing banner and got like c3 before getting one Bennett. I understand that's it's a gacha and that's how they get you but I don't think it's unreasonable to have a system where you can atleast get all the 4 star banner characters within a certain amount of pulls, and unfortunately (or maybe fortunately, idk) I learned not to pull for 4 stars based on past experiences, essentially wasting my pulls to get c200 Noelle/Diona just to try to get yanfei
