Like why can you only trigger his quests if it's the second wednesday of the month in the constellation of Scorpio,, but only if the day is a 13th..

I've been stuck doing sumeru commissions for 3 months now FINALLY finishing gift of compatibility yesterday and thinking im DONE doing sumeru comms only to find out that i need to take his commissions AGAIN TWICE and wait for a server reset, just to trigger his next quest in fontaine. Fuck you Garcia i hope you trip and die, Lutong cashes in and goes back to Liyue, and all his stupid and unnecessary quests become null and void.
