Can you open Genshin, without a mouse on PC?

I can’t use mouse due to accessibility reasons. The moment I open Genshin, it seems that its launcher does not support keyboard navigation :(
Do you think it’s still possible to play though? Thanks in advance for help!
EDIT: For anyone interested in the future, Windows has an accessibility setting, which assigns mouse movement to your NumPad. Life saver! Thanks for help everyone ♥️
