Tips if you can't find Tomoki for Iridescent Arataki Rockin for Life

Hey there! Just a heads-up for anyone scratching their heads trying to find Tomoki for the Twilight's Glow Nocturne: Second Movement quest. It ends up you've gotta finish up Kamisato Ayato's storyline fully. A couple of friends and I stumbled upon this realization after thinking it was a possible bug. Hope this helps incase you ran into this issue too. The only way to get him to spawn is to have 100% with Ayato quest. Happy NPC hunting!
