In my opinion I think Heizou is insanely strong and whilst people do agree he's great, they won't give him the chance because Wanderer and Xiao exist, which I agree with them I have every Anemo DPS maxed out but Heizou is so damn fun!! He pairs so unbelievably well with off field sub DPS like yelan and xiangling and because he's a catalyst he swirls every single attack with his NA. And he does a ton of damage while doing flying kicks like he's in a action movie! I just wish I had a better catalyst for him, the only DPS weapon I have is black cliff agate.
What about you guys? What's your underrated 4 star?
I saw a Heizou get 400k on a punch and I've been trying so hard to replicate that on my account, until Wanderer came along lol
