my friend whose a max lv and has world lv 8 had played with me when i hit ar15 and joined my world many times before to help me do domains and unlock stuff (i was playing on ps4 and she was on her phone) but now ever since i started playing on my pc shes been unable to join my world to help me, any one know what's going on

1. no we didn't block each other
2. no i don't join her (its impossible for me to do so) she joins me
3. no im not doing any archon quests
4. no im not in a section that limits game play
5. for some reason (even tho we've played dozens of times)on her genshin friends list i dont show up but on my side she shows up

can anyone explain this

EDIT: we can play ps4 to phone, phone to pc, so why cant we play ps4 to pc? (we tested all three)

EDIT 2: tried to remove her as a friend and add her back, she shows up on my add friend list on my pc but she cant see me on her ps4, sent her a friend add and she didn't get it, nor could she send me one
