Lack of Dendro-vision Characters

With Sumeru coming real' soon, I wonder if there's any lore relating to how Dendro is seemingly a rare vision amongst vision holders. So far, aside from the newly announced Dendro characters and the Dendro archon as well, Liyue's Baizhu and YaoYao are the only ones who have a Dendro vision outside Sumeru.

Do you think in the near future, there will be Dendro vision holders in Mondstadt? Inazuma? Or will there even be new characters the currently released regions in the future?
