Hi! Got hacked fairly recently and I was able to fill up the recovery form and am now waiting for their response.
I have a question though, so i created a new email for them to bind the acc to in case it gets successfully recovered. Do they mean I should use that new email to link to Hoyoverse or do I create yet another new one?
