If you’ve got balanitis and red spots on your penis under the foreskin on this is what it is?
When the spots burst they can ooze white puss like fluid, best treatment is see a doctor for some ointment cream if uncircumcised regularly washing after pee and masturbation etc.
If it keeps repeating consider a circumcision as hygiene is the issue causing it.
