Started this game this week. I’m just solo playing for now (let my Xbox live membership expire when it turned from the $50 a year thing to $10 a month nonsense). I’ll revisit that if need be. Can I successfully defend my base by myself? I’m only lvl 9.

I recently defeated my first enemy base and created my own half assed looking one. Said there was an attack on it. I went to it and nothing was happening so I hit those 3 microphones and all hell broke loose. I barely survived the first wave and everything got wrecked in the second wave.

My question is this, what should I be doing to ensure I can survive a full attack by myself and should I just focus on other things like the main story for now? This game is awesome and I’m so glad I finally got into it. The horror element of the robots in an open world is awesome and the sounds in the game rock!
