How can an 18 sq. ft. half bathroom in an existing space cost 13k?
They're putting up 12 ft. of 2x4 wall, sheet rock on both sides. Moving 1 header support, keeping the header, roughing a toilet and sink, vent/air vent out roof (8 foot run), moving one outlet, up, adding a junction box and moving 4 switches about 2 feet, installing a pocket door, paint, evening floor and installing tile floor, plumbing is a straight shit, 10ft. 3 inch round PVC in open basement. Heating already exists.
