Some new places to look [Vital Records]?

Hey all!

I am hoping someone would be able to give me a new place to look for a couple of records from around the 1880s, 1900s and 1910s. I am trying to search for one birth record and two death records and have searched every index on Ancestry and FamilySearch that I've had access to and I'm pretty tapped.

As some of you know, I have been doing extensive research on my mother's side and I'm almost done with this branch. I am really hoping to find these records so I can cross them off my checklist and move on to the next big branch.

So to start, I am looking for the death record of John Piser. I'm confident that he passed away before 1885 since his "youngest" sister Esther's birth record states that there are four children living to their mother. I have found his birth record and he's listed in the 1880 census with the family, but I have no idea what happened to him and would love to find out where he was buried.

The other death record I am looking for is for his father, Abraham Piser. Now I know what Abraham's death date is, since I have gone and seen his headstone and talked to the office at Mount Zion cemetery. What I am hoping for is an index or an actual record listing his death date (preferably on FS) so I can order the record for my files. His death date was 7 March 1909 in Manhattan, NYC. He was married to Susie E. Reilly at the time of death, but was married to Annie Shear until 1888 when they divorced.

Now the last record I am looking for is for Abraham's granddaughter, Ruth Cappelle. Ruth was the first child of Herman Cappelle and Eva Piser, who was born in Chicago, IL in either 1898 or 1899 and passed away in 1901 from tuberculosis (I believe). I have a feeling that the record could be listed in one of these collections, but I'd need to go to a FHC to access those and that won't be possible till Sept. There use to be a site that I was able to access years ago where I could see what vital records were available for this family in Chicago, but I haven't been able to access it; I am assuming the host was either moved or they deleted the site, which sucks cause it was really helpful!

Anyways, I am hoping someone will be able to point me in a new direction for any of these people. I'm guessing these are in unindexed collections, which I wouldn't mind looking though, I just need to know where to start looking. I also know that NYC is a pain in the ass to find records for online. I would understand if I couldn't find John's death record online, but I should be able to find Abraham's since I was able to order both his parents records (who died in 1907 and 1909) and his ex-wife's record with little trouble.

Thanks in advance for any help!!
