Finding my great grandmother's birth family

Hello all!

So I posted this exact thing 3 months ago but I am still very much stuck finding anything about my paternal great grandmother besides her husband and only 5 children. I am posting in hopes for some more help, just like last time. Thank you so much!

Essentially, I'm looking for her parents, siblings, cousins, and grandparents, anyone who is related/connected to her prior to 1930.

Her married name was "Anne Mae Shafford" (maiden name: Grandberry or Gentry, not sure which one or if they'reeven correct) and she was alive 1898/1901-1961. She was married to "Mack August Shafford" (Aug. 1887-Mar. 1934) and they had 5 kids between 1921 and 1930, although I'm sure she had some before and after him including a girl named "Katherine Mae Gentry" born in 1916.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot find her in any census before 1930, I haven't located any marriage records or anything about her birth family and don't think I will, at least not by myself! :)

They're all Black/African from the Dallas, Texas area. Another relative of mine said she had 4 more children sometime but here's some information about the kids that I know exist between Anne Mae and Mack:

Stillborn (Around 1921) Alma Shafford (Mar 1921 - Apr 1999) Gladys Mae Shafford (May 1923 - Dec 1990) Edith Lydia Shafford (Jul 1925 - Apr 2015) Margie Maude Shafford (Sept 1928 - Oct 1999) Mack August Shafford, Jr. (Jan 1930 - Jul 2000)
