Help transcribe the town?

Hey all, I'm back.
Would anyone be able to figure out the name of the town Charles (and his father) were born in? To me it looks like either Vorlauki or Vorlasski, but neither come up when I google them.
I suck at reading old handwriting plus I know people didn't care much for spelling names correctly back then. Thanks!!
