Lemko records for interwar Poland

So I have a grandfather from a Lemko village in what is now southern MaƂopolskie, Poland. I've found the village in the 1787 Austrian Cadastral records, and the village's Greek Catholic parish records in the Archiwum PaƄstwowe w Przemyƛlu at skany.przemysl.ap.gov.pl , but these records seem only to go up to the mid-nineteenth century. While this is all nice, my grandfather was born in the mid- to late- 1920s, not the 1820s. Where should I look, preferably online, to find evidence of his interwar Lemko youth in present-day southern MaƂopolskie? What archive collections probably have the records I should be requesting? Ive been running my head against the wall trying to solve to what is probably an easy question I should know the answer to, so I am grateful for any suggestions you may have. Thank you!
