Hi I’ve been waiting a month for my treatment recommendation I’ve already paid the £15 for the independent prescriber fee I received this email

this is so frustrating this service totally sucks and has gone downhill big time since 2022

I’ve filled in the form three times and don’t want to pay £15 again or 7 to speak to someone what should I do moving forward I just want my hrt.
