I had my IGS on April 16th. I didn't hear anything at all until 6 days ago. On May 13th I recieved a treatment recommendation email from GenderGP. It took 27 days for me to finally get something after my IGS!

One day later on May 14th I recieved an email with some more general information & a second email, that being a request from beepaid to pay smartway.

Another day later on May 15th I recieved my electronic prescription token & an email saying that my final invoice request to Olympia will arrive soon which, on the same day, I paid. So it took 29 days since my IGS to recieve an electronic prescription token!

Olympia/Clynnx said on the invoice that it is next day delivery via Royal Mail but because I paid for it late at night I expected it to be delivered on May 17th. Unfortunately it wasn't and so I emailed Olympia.

They then told me that apparently there is a shortage of estradiol pills & I will likely now have to wait until Wednesday May 22nd to finally recieve my hormones. In total thats then 36 days between my IGS session & actually getting my hormones (if they actually ever come).

This then sucks even more because now if they do actually come on Wednesday May 22nd I will be at work all day & so I will miss it. I'm guessing because it's medication they will only give the package to me & won't be able to leave it anywhere else. So now I have no idea what will happen. Like will they deliver it another day? Will they try again to deliver it but later in the afternoon, same day? Is it just gone?? Nevermind the fact that I will probabily now get outed to my parents by the delivery guy because I won't be there & they'll ask my Mum or Step Dad the name that the medication is under. You know, not my dead name.

This has been extremely distressing for me already & things just keep getting worse. I don't even know what to do but I hope this post can somehow comfort others who have been endlessly waiting or screwed over. Honestly just go somewhere else & listen to other people, don't use GenderGP.

Also, if you are going to blame me & say its my fault for now probabily getting outed, first off fuck you. I specificly booked a week off around the delivery due date to ensure that I will be in the house. But thanks to this week long delay, that's not happening now because I'm back at work.
