Often times I hear people characterize younger members of genz and gen alpha as more empathetic and accepting of their peers with issues of identity and differences being less of a pain point for kids and teenagers these days versus when I and antecedent generations were in our formative years. Not saying that there is none but the landscape is certainly different than what it was when I grew up what with smart phones and social media being in their infancy the type of connectivity you enjoy isn't something I experienced.
I felt it appropriate to pose the question to you because hearing peoples experience is more value-able to me than commentary from outside perspectives. Would you describe your generation as pretty inclusive and less prone to bullying? I know I struggled with incessant bullying growing up and it caused a lot of issues for me that I am working to unpack still today.
