Those of us with a career, wtf do I do now?

Got the dream career. Know what I gotta do to keep it going, and it's gonna keep me in shape. But what now? What the hell should my next goal even be? My life up until now has just been so set on getting (not this one) to a good career. Marriage? Well I'll take that as it comes.
Just wanna make the most out of this life when I wasted so much I think
