Is it only me or did Covid-19 (lockdowns, sickness. etc.) really take a toll on our mental health

My attention capacity has practically gone to zero. I can't sit in one place for too long. Don't find anything interesting. Can't go to movies, can't enjoy with friends without thinking about what I am doing with my life. Plus I have lost all interest in education.

My physical health has gone down since covid as well. I never had food intolerances and headaches before covid. Everything around me just seems so dull. Shopping malls aren't fun anymore. Video games aren't fun anymore.

Nothing seems to be the way it was.
