Gen X memory I had completely forgot about until now - getting your cleared checks back in the mail

I guess this goes for early adulthood I don't know when this practice ended and I haven't used checks very often since the very early 2000s....but some of these checks from famous people are worth money to collectors. Now you just get a picture online.
