Don’t want to come off as obnoxious but is there a guide to kingdom progression ?

As title states ; looking for a guide of what kingdoms to do after the other , I have 8 kingdoms done.
Adana Broken spire Karakoth Forest of thorns Zul’kari Mist of scales White helm Divinion fields
Currently working on Pan’s vale.
I looked at the other kingdoms but I’m not certain which I should go to next.
