Hi all, I tried to move some BTC from Gemini to a personal wallet but I ran into an issue. In particular, I tried using the Withdraw from Gemini dialogue at https://exchange.gemini.com/transfer/withdraw/btc but after hitting request withdrawl, I got the message "You do not have the appropriate permissions to access this page." in a red text box.

If its helpful, the data I entered into that page was BTC, my wallet address, and my gemini balance - 0.0001 BTC. I didn't get any message about holds on my account, and I got an email about 24 hours ago saying the ACH transfer to confirm cleared.

I'm really confused on what this message could mean, I am pretty new to using crypto so its possible I am doing something obvious wrong, but I can't tell what it would be. Can anyone provide some help on how to interpret this?
