Essie polish fail

I bought this Essie gel polish and it didn't set. Like the pinkies were instantly wearing off and now the rest are. I did the PH bond, foundation, builder gel (2 coats) polish (2 coats)and then top coat. I did 60 seconds in the light between coats and the. 120 seconds for the top coat. Has anyone else had this problem with Essie Gel? Don't know if it's just a coincidence but I bought this one and another gel polish by another brand from Fred Meyers, and they both did the same thing.
