ive been doing my own gel nails for a few months & i would like to be able to do “refills” on my rubber base instead of filing off the top layer, completely taking it all off w remover (rubber base & polish & all) to then have to add new layers (takes me hours). i have bendy nails that tend to break easy so i use rubber base gel to reinforce it but have seen videos on tiktok of people doing fill ins
what i mean: in said videos they use an e-file to file off that top coat & layer of polish to then fill in with more base & top coat…instead of using a regular 100/180 grit file. which is what i use now.
is there a good beginner friendly type of e-file i should look into? i havent used one ever but i think itd make my process go quicker. TIA !
