Kriss Vector Not Firing

My Kriss Vector has stopped firing. It does everything but shoot. It will draw the gels up but won't shoot them.
It was firing and then just stopped spitting gels out.
It does make any strange noises like the gears are slipping
Could this just be a blockage?
