Kris vector v2 misfiring alot

Hi all, I got my first battery powered gel blaster the other day, the kriss vector v2 from tactoys Australia. Today after loading the gel balls into the mag for the first time, and firing, maybe 3- 4 gels came out during the full auto fire mode, and occasionally 1 would fire during semi auto mode, maybe 1 in 10 trigger pulls would fire a gel. I dont know why it is doing this, any tips or advice?? P.s. I am using the charge handle.
