So I can want to start by saying I love my Job. View it as a career. Actually love the industry but I have fallen out of love with Geico. I used to be the oh nothing will every change. I wanted to be here till the day I die. Well after being very successful always rated above a 4 for CSR. I decided to move to TCR 1. If I share much more details it would probably narrow down who I am. But truth be told I’m just sick of the changes that my department is changing. Ready for something new. I’m heavily considering an offer and progressive for centralized claims adjuster just curious of people opinion of the role and or if there is a better position out there.
