I would really like to know why in TCR1 we can’t have a better phone system that when we’re on an RI that it wouldn’t ding us with no answers. While on a RI I got 6 calls from the same customer that doesn’t need to speak to us but to there insurance company. And today alone while I’ve been on calls I’ve got 3/4 calls. So literally if you excluded these calls I would have a 50% or higher answer rate but because they roll in the ones I get while I’m on lunch and on calls I get dinged. Thankfully I’ve never been written up for it but it truly pisses me off.
Imma add this to the list of reason why I will leave!
