How do you get over a bad phone call???

Just wondering for all customer service and claims employees, how do y’all deal with a bad call you had?? I’ve had people call me all kinds of names. I still have a call from the other day I can’t get out my head. I was called derogatory names and I’ve heard others say they are burned out by the calls. Any advice??? I’m off tomorrow so I’ll probably meditate tonight.
