What caused our long hold time???

I know in claims we are not the only insurance company with long hold times but why is ours horrible? You think it’s ICS (I’m in an ICS region) or turnover??? Honestly I feel like it’s both!!! People quit because of ICS and the Wfh thing but I also think we are making up for the less accidents we had from the pandemic.
